This recipe may not be the most advanced or fancy one you've seen on the blog thus far. See it more as an introduction to rice porridge and its magic. It's rather easy and self-explanatory, but up until a few weeks ago, we had never personally cooked with the ingredient before. We have, however, added it to our granola mixtures as a way to make it a tad crunchier, but this time we're using it differently. Rice porridge makes your bland mornings seem warm, cozy and smooth, and this in less than five minutes!

We're using chickpea flour to replace the eggs and it's equally tasty (and rich in protein as well!). Pancakes are often seen as something indulgent, as a treat you shouldn't have too often. However, we've put an end to this silly myth by creating a healthy, filling cacao pancake recipe that so happens to be gluten-free too! It's slightly firmer than your typical American pancake, but when we say breakfast we mean business. Meal-prep these for the rest of the week or keep them as a healthy Sunday morning surprise. Plain salads don't make our hearts beat faster, this salad, however, is something else. Adapt the recipe as you please, whether this is by creating a warm salad or adding more flour to create a firmer patty, just as long as your dreams come true. Need we say more?

We've tasted and tried, experimented and failed, yet there's not a single human being on earth who'd say there's a better recipe than ours.
